Welcome to Legal Matters LLC! 

Legal Matters, LLC was launched in October 2015 as a way to aid attorneys in providing accurate documents to their clients, in a timely manner, thus providing excellent customer service.  By using a contract paralegal, the attorney saves on their overhead costs by only having to pay for work that needs to be done and not having to hire a paralegal or legal assistant full time. They also aren’t having to use a temporary staffing company or part-time paralegal that come and go frequently.  The attorney and/or their firm put all the time into training the part-time or temporary paralegal just to have them leave and all that invested time and knowledge goes with them.  You will not experience that with Legal Matters, LLC as you will be dealing with the same person or people, at our company, and your preferences are kept in our system.    We will also use your firm’s formats and forms, if wanted, when we prepare documents for you. 

With Legal Matters, LLC, most work is done on a flat fee basis so you know what your cost will be ahead of time; however, we do offer some work on an hourly basis, depending on the situation. We know that each attorney and their firm are unique and different and that they have unique and different needs and we will work with each attorney and their firm to meet those needs.  Whether you need help on a specific project or on an on-going basis, Legal Matters, LLC will help strengthen your legal team with our experience, fast response times and affordable fees.  We are not attorneys; therefore, we neither practice law nor give legal advice.  We do, however, offer the best paralegal services available, at very affordable prices.
